Total consultancy of planning, design, contracting and implementation for various projects of Hindustan Latex Ltd. including Condom factory at Belgaum in Karnataka ,Expansion works of Condom factory at Trivandrum, Disposable examination gloves unit, Copper-T and Blood Bag project, Mala-D/Mala-N factory at Belgaum in Karnataka etc.

Setting Up of Govt Medical College at Manjeri, Malappuram:

Scope of work involves Up gradation of Existing Hospital to 500beds, Construction of New Academic Block, Residential Facilities such as Hostels for boys, girls, Quarters for Staff and Non Teaching Staff , Interns and Residents as per MCI requirement of 100Nos. intakes. Procurement of Medical, Nonmedical equipments and furniture is also in the scope of work. Total proposed Built up area of phase I and II Construction comes to37500sqm.
The total project cost is worked out to Rs.121 Crores and the same was approved by Government of Kerala.
Phase-I, Up gradation of Hospital, and Academic block for first year requirement has been completed and MCI approval for 100 intake has been received in 2013.1st year classes has been started in 2013.
Phase-II- New academic block and additional allied residential facilities works are going on for meeting the remaining requirements.

Setting Up of Govt Medical College at Painavu, Idukki:

Scope of work involves setting up of a 500 Bedded Hospital, Academic Block, Residential Facilities such as Hostels for boys, girls, Quarters for Staff and Non Teaching Staff , Interns and Residents as per MCI requirement of 100Nos. intakes. Total Built up area of 50000sqm is proposed for the project. Procurement of equipments and furniture is also in the scope of work. The total project cost is worked out to Rs.380 Crores and the same was approved by Government of Kerala.
Phase-I – Works completed and classes for 50 intake has already been approved by Medical Council of India (MCI) in 2014.
Phase-II- New Hospital Building, academic block and additional allied residential facilities works are going on for meeting the remaining requirements.

Setting Up of Govt. Medical College at Kasaragod:

Scope of work involves construction of 500 Bedded Hospital, Academic Block, Residential Facilities such as Hostels for boys, girls, Quarters for Staff and Non Teaching Staff, Interns, Residents and Nurses hostels. as per MCI requirement of 100Nos. intakes. Total Built up area of 79000sqm is proposed for the projects. Procurement of equipments and furniture is also in the scope of work.The total project cost is worked out to Rs.384 Crores and the same was approved by Government of Kerala.
Phase-I – Tendering process of the Civil Construction of Hospital building and Academic building are completed and waiting for govt approval for awarding the work to lowest bidder.
