Among the major projects undertaken includes Valuation of structures which includes multi storied buildings, electrification, plant & machinery etc.in connection with Land Acquisition for Kerala Metro Rail Ltd (KMRL) from Aluva to Pettah (22 Metro Stations) and also valuation in connection with widening of Banerji road, South Railway Station Road, MG Road, Salim Rajan Road & North ROB.
