The Infrastructure Division of KITCO has successfully implemented Roads, Bridges, flyovers, industrial parks, institutional and commercial buildings, water transport, housing projects, urban planning, power distribution and utility systems.

Tourism Infrastructure Development
Division has the capability and competencies to plan, design and develop all tourism infrastructure facilities like rest rooms, food courts, public seating, walkways, rain shelters, well defined parking spaces for any tourism place.
Destination Development
KITCO has proven capability to develop destinations of mesmerizing experience without adversely affecting the serenity and natural beauty. KITCO believes in developing facilities like resorts, cottages, and entertainment & adventure activities to the tourists in a cost effective manner with minimum constructions.
Tourism Circuits Development
Division extends services to define and develop tourism circuits connecting tourism destinations logically and meaningful sequences to give a memorable experience. Division has competency in defining and Heritage Circuit, Beach Circuit, High-range Circuit, Pilgrimage Circuit, Spiritual circuit, Wildlife Circuit, Eco tourism Circuit etc.
Conservation, Restoration
Division extends conservation and restoration services by preserving original splendor for Historic Monuments, Forts, Palaces, Temples, Churches, Synagogues and Mosques.
KITCO played a pivotal role in establishing a world class marina at Kochi. With the commencement of operations on 24th April 2010, it became the first full-fledged marina of International Standards in India. The Kochi marina provides berthing facilities for around 34 yachts. The facility measures over 2000 sq.m which provide various luxurious experiences to the sailors including stay. Other facilities include Board walk and seating arrangements, Shore side utilities, Weather information system, Marina museum, internal roads and Landscaping.
Ghala Golf Course, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman
KITCO became the first Asian Consultant to Design and Implement a golf course in the Middle East by undertaking the Prestigious work of Ghala Golf Course, Muscat. The task entrusted with KITCO was to convert the brown course established in 1971 in to a green course.
In a record time of 2 months the new layout, course design details, irrigation system, selection of grass and horticulture plan were developed and finalized in consultation with club members, stakeholders and other golfers .The redesigned Course with nine holes was opened in January 2011.
CIAL Golf Course
KITCO implemented the first 18 hole Golf Championship course in Kerala. An all-weather golf course owned by Cochin International Airport Ltd was launched in the year of 2010. The facility is spread over 130 acres of land comprising of a club house measuring 17500 sq.ft offering facilities like conference hall, card room, mini conference hall, Hall of Fame & a restaurant. The key features of this Golf course include a course that will play to length of over 7200 yards with Bermuda Tifdwarfon greens and Bermuda 419 on fairways and tees, 5 large lakes covering 67000 sq.m and a 200 sq.m. wide swimming pool at the Golf Club.
Tea County Munnar
KITCO implemented the “Tea County”, a premium hill resort in the famous hill station of Munnar. The destination is the only home to sandalwood forest in Kerala. This is also an important location for ecotourism activities especially centered around Eravikulam National Park, Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary and shola forests like Pampadum Shola National Park and the newly created Neelakurinji Sanctuary.

Beach Tourism
KITCO has completed a handful of projects in this sector too. Eco beach development proposals at Puducherry, Development proposals for Chethy and Dharmadam are few of the iconic projects by KITCO.
Heritage and Cultural Tourism
Projects undertaken by KITCO in this sector includes the Muziris Heritage Projects and Sargaalaya Arts & Craft village.
Muziris Heritage Projects
The services rendered by KITCO in the Muziris project includes preparation of Detailed Project Report, Documentation in digital form of various monuments, Preparation of maps and other information which shows the possibility of various tourism circuits that may be considered for the area, Historical Analysis of Collected information, Preparation of a Conservation Development Plan and Project Management. Muziris is an ancient port town in Kerala According to historians, in first century BC, Muziris was a major port which had trade relations with more than 31 countries.
Iringal craft Village: “Sargaalaya”
KITCO implemented the project of Sargaalaya”, the first arts and craft village in South India spread across 20 acres of land on the shores of Moorad River in Iringal, Kozhikode District. The village offers comprehensive platform for exhibition, sales and craft-making, combining the streams of art and business. The craftsmen are provided with ample facilities for their work and they can even trade their products to the tourists visiting the village. Further, a Crafts Design and Technology Development Centre is also facilitated inside the village, which provides training for craftsmen to learn new techniques in traditional handicrafts.
Conservation Works
KITCO has undertaken the Conservation of Mishkal Mosque, Thali Temple, various forts like Bekal, St. Angelos, and palaces like Hill Palace.
MICE Tourism
CIAL trade fair center
KITCO was the consultant to CIAL Trade Fair Center, one of the largest convention and trade fair facility in Kerala. It consists of a main hall with 30000 sq.ft of column free space as well as conference and meeting halls with ample car parking facility. KITCO’s scope of work encompassed Preparation of Master Plan, Detailed Engineering inclusive of all services, Estimation, Tendering and Project Management, yet another scintillating example of “Concept to Commissioning.
Nature/ Eco Tourism
Sarovaram Wetland
KITCO implemented Sarovaram Wetland project from concept to commissioning. Preparation of Detailed Project Report as well as Project Management. This Park is identified as one of the 27 wetlands of India. There are 7 mangrove species and 29 associated species in this park which is also a habitat for 34 types of birds. The Project included conservation project for the wetland, combining education, awareness building, recreation and leisure activities, establishment of butterfly park, waterways etc.
Other similar projects executed include development of Tourist complexes/ amenities at Paithalmala, Nilambur, Ranipuram, Wagamon and Athirapally.
Adventure Tourism
KITCO has stepped into this sector too by implementing Zorbing ball projects at Trivandrum and other locations for Kerala Adventure Tourism Promotion Society. Now it is a focus sector for KITCO with the rising interest towards adventure tourism.
MICE Tourism
